Sometimes you just want options. Affordably priced FLEX Membership gives you a set of Safehouses to choose from. You will be booked at the time of activation.
FLEX Membership:
FLEX is only $19/month for non-exclusive access to the network of Safehouses. Your Safehouse is not reserved for you in advance.
Safehouses of any type, size, and amenities are available in FLEX.
In the event of PSN activation, you will have access to the addresses and cooridinates of PSN FLEX Safehouses with availability at that time. You will chose your preferred Safehouse, but your spot at a particular Safehouse is not guaranteed until the host confirms your booking at the time.
FLEX PSN hosts are not paid a monthly fee to reserve a spot for you, making them more affordable to you.
Many FLEX PSN Hosts are also active Short-term Rental Hosts on other platforms like VRBO or AirBnB, so they cannot guarantee you a spot in an emergency because they may already have a conflicting booking from a non-PSN source.
Each location has been Certified as a Safehouse by PSN, meaning they have the required safety and resiliency equipment to support you and your family.
Because these units are typically used full-time for rentals, Safehouses offered under FLEX Membership often have great amenities, experienced hosts, and are well managed, cleaned, and maintained.

RESERVED
Membership
starting at $89/month
In a disaster, government officials have their reserved bunkers, and the wealthy have their places in the country. As a RESERVED Member, you now have a reserved Safehouse with PSN.
RESERVED Membership:
RESERVED provides maximum protection and certainty for your family. RESERVED Membership gives you reserved access to a particular Safehouse you've selected in advance of PSN activation.
Safehouses of any type, size, and amenities are available in RESERVED.
RESERVED Hosts are typically not in the business of renting out their property, so staying with a RESERVED Host will feel more like staying with family. You have selected your Host, and they have selected you. You have likely met in advance. They will guarantee you and your family your spot.
RESERVED Hosts are paid a monthly Reservation Fee by PSN to keep the space ready and reserved for you. You will have had an opportunity to meet with your Hosts in advance. Many VIP Guests stay at the Safehouse on a familiarization visit (we call it "vacation with a purpose") prior to PSN activation.
Because they are reserved, RESERVED Membership often carries additional benefits (its up to each Host) such as the ability to store or pre-stage supplies at the location, discounts for guests with particularly valuable skills the Hosts want in an emergency (like medical personnel or skilled tradesmen), and other personal arrangements that you can negotiate directly with your VIP Host.
